How can i track my package?

To check your order's status, simply log into your account and click on your order to view shipment status and tracking details. For guests, you can find this information by clicking "View Your Order" in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails.

Is my personal information secure on your website?

Do you charge sales tax?


We only apply sales tax (8.75%) to orders shipped within New York, where our corporate offices are located. Orders outside New York are exempt from sales tax.

How can I initiate a return?

Initiating a return is easy. Submit a return request using our online form, and you'll need your email address and order number (found in the confirmation email). What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your chosen shipping method. We offer free expedited shipping (3-5 business days) on all US orders. Most orders placed before 3 PM EST ship the same business day. Explore shipping details on our Shipping Information page.

Is your merchandise brand new or pre-owned?

Right now, we only offer brand new merchandise. Brand new items include original tags and are first quality. We are working on a consignment section where we will sell authenticated 'Pre-Owned' items and hope to debut this section in early 2024.

How can I return an item?

US and International customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. To request a return, submit a return request using our online form. You will need your email address and order number, which can be found in the original confirmation email you received. Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, it's not mandatory. While you can place an order as a guest, we highly recommend creating an account during checkout. New members get a 10% discount at time of first purchase. Having your own account also allows you to effortlessly track and review your purchases, store your address and personal details for future seamless checkouts.

Why can't I find some of your merchandise on the brand's website?

Our focus is primarily on past-season inventory, making us a factory outlet store. Most of what we offer is no longer found on the respective brand's site or in their stores. Rest assured, it's all authentic and guaranteed.

What's your refund processing time?

Once we receive your return, we'll credit your initial payment method within 48 hours. You'll receive an email confirmation when the return is processed. Allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Why are your prices heavily discounted?

As primarily a factory outlet store, we deal in past-season, closeout, or overstock goods. These savings are passed on to you. Our merchandise may no longer be available on brand websites as it's from previous collections, but it's always 100% authentic.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.

What's your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you don't, we offer hassle-free returns within 14 days of purchase for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns can be processed for a full refund or store credit.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected during checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import taxes.
